1. Applicability

These Terms of Sale apply to orders for products on the For-Stylist.com platform. They create a legally binding agreement between you and For-Stylist.com regarding orders for products. For-Stylist.com may revise these terms without notice by posting a new version on the platform.

2. Placing Orders on the Platform

To place an order on the platform, you must be at least 16 years old. The platform is intended exclusively for selling For-Stylist.com products to end consumers, so purchasing products for resale is strictly prohibited.

3. How to Order

You need an email address to place an order. We will send you an email acknowledging your order. The acceptance of the order takes place when the products are shipped to you, about which we will send you a confirmation.

4. Price/Payment

You can find the available payment methods in the relevant section on the For-Stylist.com website. We accept only those methods of payment listed there.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products only to delivery addresses that are home or office addresses in countries available for delivery.

6. Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. If products are damaged or otherwise not in conformity with your order, you are entitled to return them.

7. Choice of Law/Jurisdiction

You agree that the Terms of Sale and any dispute between you and For-Stylist.com are governed by the law of the country where For-Stylist.com is located, without regard to its choice of law provisions.
