Return and Refund Policy
Return of products of proper quality
If the product fully matches the description and pictures on the website, but do not fit you for any reason not related to its quality, you can return the product within 14 days inclusive from the date of delivery (except for printing products).
The product must be in its original condition, its market condition and consumer properties must be preserved.
As there are costs associated with each return, please understand that we will retain 10% of the product price as a handling fee.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
To issue a return, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line Return/Refund.
Indicate the order number and the product you want to return in the letter.
Please indicate the reason for return.
Next, the manager will contact you and send you contact details for return: Name, last name and address.
After that you ship the product by postal or courier service.
After shipping, please save your receipt with a tracking number.
The tracking number has to be sent at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving and checking your parcel by our customer service, the manager will contact you, and then a refund will be made.
Refunds are made via the credit card / details used for payment.
Return of products of inadequate quality (defect)
If there is a defect in the product, please send a description of the defect and photos.
The manager will contact you and we will find a solution: replace the product or refund the payment for the product.
